USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
NEXT-GEN LEATHER, SL, hereinafter CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Vimeo, and Google+, being responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on these social networks and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), for which the following information is provided:
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
- Process requests and inquiries made to the controller
- Inform about activities and events organized by the controller.
- Inform about products or services offered by the controller.
- Interact through official profiles.
Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1. Under the GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published on it; therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, you give us your consent to process the personal data published on your profile.
The USER may access the social network’s privacy policies at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes only the public information of the USER, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we facilitate your personal data?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services the USER uses, and may be publicly available to other third-party users of those social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure which information they want to make public, view the permissions granted, delete them, or deactivate them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes, or to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the USER can only be exercised with respect to information under the CONTROLLER’s control.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and limitation or opposition to its processing
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

USE OF PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
- Access to public profile information
- Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels
- Updates of the page status that will be published on the USER’s profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy configuration.
PUBLICATIONS
The USER, once a follower or joined the CONTROLLER’s social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that attack or may attack morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or break intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the content freely published by a USER.
The USER should bear in mind that their publications will be visible to other users, so they are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited to minors under 14 years of age. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative by means of a valid document accrediting the representation, will be necessary.
The CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.

INFORMACIÓN DEL USUARIO
¿Quién es el responsable del tratamiento de sus datos personales?
NEXT-GEN LEATHER, SL, en adelante el RESPONSABLE, informa al USUARIO de que ha procedido a crear un perfil en las Redes Sociales Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Vimeo y Google+, que es el responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales del usuario que se lleve a cabo en dichas redes sociales y le informa de que estos datos serán tratados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, de 27 de abril (RGPD), y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), por lo que se le facilita la siguiente información del tratamiento:
¿Con qué finalidad tratamos sus datos personales?
Fin del tratamiento: mantener una relación entre el USUARIO y el RESPONSABLE, que puede incluir las siguientes operaciones:
Tramitar solicitudes y consultas planteadas al responsable.
Informar sobre actividades y eventos organizados por el responsable.
Informar sobre productos o servicios ofrecidos por el responsable.
Interactuar a través de los perfiles oficiales.
¿Por qué podemos tratar sus datos personales?
Base jurídica del tratamiento: artículo 6.1.a RGPD, el interesado dio su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales para uno o varios fines específicos. El USUARIO dispone de un perfil en la misma red social y ha decidido unirse a la red social del RESPONSABLE mostrando así interés en la información que se publique en la misma, por tanto, en el momento de solicitar seguir nuestros perfiles oficiales, nos facilita su consentimiento para el tratamiento de aquellos datos personales publicados en su perfil.
El USUARIO puede acceder en todo momento a las políticas de privacidad de la propia red social, así como configurar su perfil para garantizar su privacidad.
El RESPONSABLE tiene acceso y trata aquella información pública del USUARIO, en especial, su nombre de contacto. Estos datos sólo son utilizados dentro de la propia red social y únicamente se incorporarán a un fichero del RESPONSABLE cuando sea necesario para tramitar la petición del USUARIO.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos personales?
Criterios de conservación de los datos: se conservarán mientras el USUARIO no revoque el consentimiento prestado tal y como se indica en esta política de privacidad.
¿A quién facilitamos sus datos personales?
Comunicación de los datos: la información facilitada por el USUARIO a través de las redes sociales del RESPONSABLE, incluidos sus datos personales, puede ser publicada, siempre en función de los servicios que el USUARIO utilice, por lo que podrá quedar a disposición pública de otros terceros usuarios de las redes sociales. Desde el perfil de cada red social, el USUARIO puede configurar qué información quiere hacer pública en cada caso, ver los permisos que se han concedido, eliminarlos o desactivarlos, como cualquier aplicación de un tercero que ya no se desea utilizar.
No está prevista ninguna comunicación de datos personales a terceros fuera de la red social salvo, si fuese imprescindible para el desarrollo y ejecución de las finalidades del tratamiento, a nuestros proveedores de servicios relacionados con comunicaciones, con los cuales el RESPONSABLE tiene suscritos los contratos de confidencialidad y de encargado de tratamiento exigidos por la normativa vigente de privacidad.
¿Cuáles son sus derechos?
Los derechos que asisten al USUARIO sólo pueden ser satisfechos en relación a aquella información que se encuentre bajo el control del RESPONSABLE.
Derecho a retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento.
Derecho de acceso, rectificación, portabilidad y supresión de sus datos, y a la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento.
Derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control (aepd.es) si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa vigente.

USO DEL PERFIL
El RESPONSABLE realizará las siguientes actuaciones:
Acceso a la información pública del perfil.
Publicación en el perfil del USUARIO de toda aquella información ya publicada en la red social del RESPONSABLE.
Enviar mensajes personales e individuales a través de los canales de la red social.
Actualizaciones del estado de la página que se publicarán en el perfil del USUARIO.
El USUARIO siempre puede controlar sus conexiones, eliminar los contenidos que dejen de interesarle y restringir con quién comparte sus conexiones, para ello deberá acceder a su configuración de privacidad.
PUBLICACIONES
El USUARIO, una vez unido a la red social del RESPONSABLE, podrá publicar en esta última comentarios, enlaces, imágenes o fotografías o cualquier otro tipo de contenido multimedia soportado por la red social. El USUARIO, en todos los casos, debe ser el titular de los mismos, gozar de los derechos de autor y de propiedad intelectual o contar con el consentimiento de los terceros afectados.
Se prohíbe expresamente cualquier publicación en la red social, ya sean textos, gráficos, fotografías, vídeos, etc. que atenten o sean susceptibles de atentar contra la moral, la ética, el buen gusto o el decoro, y/o que infrinjan, vulneren o quebranten los derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial, el derecho a la imagen o la Ley.
En estos casos, el RESPONSABLE se reserva el derecho a retirar de inmediato el contenido, pudiendo solicitar el bloqueo permanente del USUARIO.
El RESPONSABLE no se hará responsable de los contenidos que libremente ha publicado un USUARIO.
El USUARIO debe tener presente que sus publicaciones serán conocidas por los otros usuarios, por lo que él mismo es el principal responsable de su privacidad.
Las imágenes que puedan publicarse en la red social no serán almacenadas en ningún fichero por parte del RESPONSABLE, pero sí que permanecerán en la red social.
DATOS DE MENORES DE EDAD O PERSONAS CON CAPACIDADES ESPECIALES
El acceso y registro a través de las redes sociales del RESPONSABLE está prohibido a los menores de 14 años. Por su parte, si el USUARIO tiene capacidades especiales, será necesaria la intervención del titular de su patria potestad o tutela, o de su representante legal mediante documento válido que acredite la representación.
El RESPONSABLE quedará expresamente exonerado de cualquier responsabilidad que pudiera derivarse del uso de las redes sociales por parte de menores o personas con capacidades especiales. Las redes sociales del RESPONSABLE no recogen conscientemente ninguna información personal de menores de edad, por ello, si el USUARIO es menor de edad, no debe registrarse, ni utilizar las redes sociales del RESPONSABLE ni proporcionar ninguna información personal.
